Pom Berry Shrub Syrup
• 6 oz Strawberry Basil Craft Mixing Syrup
• 2 oz Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 oz Fresh Pomegranate Arils
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain and store in in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
Use .5 oz to 1 oz of shrub syrup topped with sparkling water for a refreshing mocktail.
